Mortgage and Protection Administrator - Full or Part Time

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Protection Administrator to join a busy, long established partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation whom are based in offices in Portadown BT62.

Our highly valued partner firm are a successful, customer focused Mortgage & Protection advisory business  that are looking to grow their business with the addition of a further Protection Administrator. 

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers.

We are specifically looking for experience within a Protection Broking business and ideally with some exposure to Wills administration and GI exposure.

Salary package of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE and negotiable FTE

The role is either Full Time or amended hours meaning later starts and earlier finishes should the candidate need this flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with providers and GPs to obtain updates on applicant status
• Proactively progress  protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails
• Submission of protection applications

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong administration experience in Protection
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service
